FIELD: microfluidics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microfluidic systems. Disclosed is a microfluidic device for synthesis and spectral control of berberine derivatives, comprising a substrate, three inlets for supplying three reagents for synthesis, an outlet for extracting a stream of reagents, a rectangular mixing channel, which is connected by said inlets and outlets, wherein said mixing channel is arranged with in-series mixing units, each of which has a cylindrical barrier, besides, said mixing channel comprises at least one spectral control window with height of 850 mcm and length of 200 mcm.
EFFECT: invention provides higher accuracy of determining reaction time.
