FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microfluidic systems and, in particular, to microfluidic cells for synthesis of nanoparticles and diagnostics during a chemical reaction by dynamic light scattering. Device comprises a substrate, three inlets for supplying three reagents for synthesis, an outlet for extracting a stream of reagents, a channel for mixing the reaction mixture, which is connected by said inlets at one point and connected to said outlet, and an additional channel for withdrawing small volumes from the channel for mixing the reaction mixture, wherein said mixing channel is shaped to meander. Additional channel for sampling small volumes is provided with a window for carrying out measurements by the method of dynamic light scattering in its upper part, wherein a protrusion is made inside the said additional channel under the said window.
EFFECT: high efficiency of the chemical reaction, reduced amount of reagents used, faster reaction, shorter time for analysing the reaction.
