FIELD: metal forming.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and can be used in production of shaped discs from heat-resistant nickel-based alloy for gas turbine engines. Vacuum arc remelting ingot with diameter exceeding 600 mm and weight exceeding 2.5 t is used to produce billet in the form of bar forged piece. For this purpose, the ingot is deformed according to the scheme including broaches and three intermediate settlements. Bar forged piece is annealed and machined. Then, bar forged piece is heated, deformed according to the scheme including upsetting and subsequent stamping, thermal and mechanical treatment of the produced item.

EFFECT: possibility of obtaining large-size shaped discs with homogeneous structure and high level of properties and increased efficiency.
