FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and can be used in the production of complex-profile products from high-alloy heat-resistant nickel alloys containing more than 30% of the hardening g'-phase, intended mainly for the manufacture of disks of gas turbine engines or other products operating under extreme loads at operating temperatures above 600°C. The method for producing complex-shaped products from high-alloy heat-resistant nickel alloys containing more than 30% of the strengthening g'-phase includes vacuum-induction smelting of ingots, vacuum-arc remelting of ingots, homogenizing annealing of ingots, preliminary deformation, final deformation and final heat treatment. Refining vacuum-arc remelting of ingots is carried out at rarefaction in the furnace chamber of 1⋅10-2÷10-3 Hg, at an arc current of 2.8-3.2 kA and a remelting rate of 1.5-1.7 kg/min using helium to cool the forming ingot with a diameter of more than 200 mm in the mold, homogenizing annealing of the ingots is carried out, after which plastic deformation of the ingots is carried out by hot extrusion to obtain billets, which are then heated under preliminary deformation by stamping, preliminary deformation by stamping is carried out two or more times with degree of deformation during stamping upsetting 17-25% with intermediate annealing(s). After the final deformation by stamping, preliminary heat treatment is carried out, followed by mechanical treatment and final heat treatment, followed by mechanical treatment to obtain complex-shaped products.

EFFECT: obtaining complex-shaped products with a homogeneous structure and a stable level of properties, as well as the possibility of using universal equipment.
