FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to production of items from heat-resistant wrought nickel alloys working at temperatures of more than 600°C, namely gas turbine engine discs. There proposed is method for obtaining the item from wrought heat-resistant nickel alloy, which involves vacuum induction melting, production of workpiece to be deformed, homogenising annealing, pre-deformation, final deformation so that the item is produced. Homogenising annealing is performed in four steps, heating for pre-deformation is performed in two steps, heating for final deformation is performed in two steps. The items obtained by means of the proposed method have increased life time and reliability, and can be used in perspective gas turbine engines.
EFFECT: decreasing metal flow stress at deformation of workpieces and increasing yield ratio.
