FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy and can be used to obtain products from heat-resistant high-alloy nickel alloys containing more than 30% of the hardening g'-phase, intended mainly for the manufacture of disks of gas turbine engines or other products operating under extreme loads at operating temperatures above 600°C. The method for manufacturing products from heat-resistant nickel-based alloys containing more than 30% of the hardening g'-phase includes vacuum-induction smelting of ingots, vacuum-arc remelting of ingots, homogenizing annealing of ingots, preliminary deformation, final deformation and heat treatment. Refining vacuum-arc remelting of ingots with a diameter of 130-200 mm is carried out at a vacuum in the furnace chamber of 1⋅10-2÷10-3 mm Hg, at an arc current of 2.6-3.0 kA and a melting rate of an ingot of 1.3 -1.5 kg/min into the crystallizer, homogenizing annealing of the ingots is carried out, after which they are heated under preliminary deformation by stamping, deformation by stamping is carried out two or more times with a degree of deformation during stamping with upsetting of 17-25% and with intermediate annealing(s), wherein the first punching deformation of the ingots is performed in a flat tool. Then deformation is carried out by stamping in a figured blank tool, then heating is carried out for final deformation by stamping and final deformation by stamping, after heat treatment they are machined to obtain products.
EFFECT: stable level of properties is provided, an increase in the utilization rate of metal and a decrease in the labor intensity of manufacturing products.
