Method of determining non-Hodgkin lymphoma, comprising collecting a peripheral blood sample from a patient, counting the number of leukocytes and the proportion of lymphocytes in the peripheral blood sample, assessment of the proportion of the population of HLADR+ lymphocytes, CD3+ lymphocytes, CD19+ B lymphocytes, CD4+ T-helpers, CD8+ T-cytotoxic lymphocytes, activated CD3+HLADR+ T-cells, CD16+ NK-cells and assessing the CD4+/CD8+ immunoregulatory index in the peripheral blood sample.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method of detecting B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
