FIELD: lubricants.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a means for forming a film of a solid lubricant coating in a threaded part of oil and gas field pipes, as well as to oil and gas field pipes and threaded connection for oil and gas field pipes. Means for forming a film of a solid lubricant coating contains a solid lubricant material dispersed in a binder resin, where 90 wt.% or more of the binder resin is a polyamide-imide resin and 80 wt.% or more of the solid lubricant is polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Average molecular weight of polyamide-imide is 20,000 or more and 40,000 or less. Average molecular weight of polytetrafluoroethylene is 30,000 or less. Polytetrafluoroethylene contained in the solid lubricant is 20 wt.% or more and 50 wt.% or less of the total weight of the solid lubricant film. Film of lubricating coating, including film of solid lubricating coating, is formed in threaded part of oil and gas field pipes, note here that solid lubricant coating film is formed by dispersing solid lubricant in binder resin.

EFFECT: invention provides effective lubrication in conditions that occur in a real well, that is, in conditions under which play occurs, that is, in conditions under which a displaced load is applied, and in conditions of applying a large load, in addition, the invention provides such a film of a solid lubricant coating, so that part of the film of the solid lubricant coating does not peel off during make-up/unscrewing, and peeled particles do not accumulate and do not cause jamming.
