FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used in operation of oil and gas field pipes. Agent for formation of a film of a solid lubricant coating on a threaded part of oil and gas field pipes includes a solid lubricant material dispersed in a binder resin, and a solvent. Main component of the solid lubricant is melamine cyanurate with average particle diameter of 0.1–10.0 mcm. Binder resin contains nitrocellulose and alkyd resin at (0.5–3)-fold weight ratio. Total weight of the solid lubricant is 10–100 wt.pts. per 100 wt.pts. binder resin. Invention also discloses an oil and gas field pipe and a threaded connection for oil and gas field pipes.
EFFECT: improved lubricity of the agent for forming a film of a solid lubricating coating, as well as increasing the number of screw connections and unscrews of a threaded joint including such a coating.
