FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry. The result is achieved by the fact that a loaded block model is sent from the server unit to the on-board control panel unit and displayed in certain colors on the display unit. The positioning of the excavator is carried out by equipment consisting of a navigation device unit and an antenna unit with an accuracy of 0.3 m in global positioning, using a differential correction near the enterprise. Bucket positioning of the excavator is carried out by adding the distance from the UWB tag block to the center of the excavator in the on-board control panel block. The distance to the UWB marks is calculated on the central block relative to the UWB block on board the excavator. The final location of the excavator bucket, processed in the on-board control panel unit, is displayed on the display unit. The display unit displays the minimum distance to the ore body for scooping as a point on the ore contour selected by the machinist. Data on the coordinates of the excavator bucket is sent to the server block, and this data is used to generate a report on excavator bucket scoops and data unloading.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the positioning accuracy of the excavator bucket for a block model of a mining enterprise.
