FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, to open development of rock rocks. Method for zoning of excavating bottoms to control operation of excavator-car complexes includes determination of preparedness of rock mass for excavation by counting during excavation of total number of produced excavations and exhaustions at i-th moment of time, calculation of total number of excavation cycles performed at the same moment of time and ratio of total number of excavation cycles performed to total number of excavation and exhaustion. Zoning is carried out dynamically on the basis of analysis of current series of technological cycles of development of bottom hole blocks taking into account the current synchronization of adjacent faces. Parallel to next series of technological cycles of development of downhole blocks corrects selection of adjacent faces, process of alignment in time of opposite phases of technological cycles of drilling blocks of adjacent faces, procedure for redistribution of dump trucks between them. Proposed system change of operation algorithm and value of time period of process synchronization of excavator-car complexes of adjacent faces are confirmed by dialogue of system with engineman of excavator and driver of dump truck. Mode of synchronization between adjacent working faces provides redistribution and localization of time intervals of incomplete excavation cycles.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of excavator-car complexes of adjacent faces due to flexible redistribution of dump trucks between adjacent excavating faces in accordance with varying rhythm of rock mass shipment inside process cycle of development of bottomhole unit.
