METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF ADVERSE PERINATAL OUTCOMES WITH FETAL GROWTH RETARDATION SYNDROME IN WOMEN WITH REACTIVATION OF CHRONIC CYTOMEGALOVIRUS INFECTION IN SECOND TRIMESTER OF PREGNANCY COMPLICATED BY RETROPLACENTARY HEMATOMA Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC G01N33/48 G01N33/53

Abstract RU 2648472 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to prediction of adverse perinatal outcomes in case of fetal growth retardation syndrome in women with reactivation of chronic cytomegalovirus infection in the second trimester of pregnancy complicated by retroplacental hematoma. The proposed method is characterized by determination of the IgM antibody titer to CMV and the growth of IgG antibody titers to CMV with avidity of IgG to CMV of more than 65% in points (1 point - IgG antibody titers to CMV 1:200-1:200; 2 points - IgG antibody titers to CMV 1:400-1:400, 3 points IgG antibody titers to CMV 1:200-1:800, 4 points - IgG antibody titers to CMV 1:400-1:1600) (A), the concentration of total antiphospholipid antibodies (U/ml) (B), the number of retrovascular glaucoma in the placenta in points: (1 point - 1 hematoma, 2 points - 2 hematomas, 3 points - 3 or more hematomas) (C). Then, using a discriminant equation, the value of the discriminant function D is calculated: D=-2.445×A-1.217×B-3.404×C, where D is a discriminant function with a boundary value of -21.55. At D equal to or greater than the limit value of the discriminant function, the absence of adverse perinatal outcomes is predicted, and at D less than the limit value of the discriminant function, the development of adverse perinatal outcomes in the fetal growth retardation syndrome in women with reactivation of chronic cytomegalovirus infection in the second trimester of pregnancy, complicated by retroplacental hematoma, is predicted.

EFFECT: invention provides a possibility of reasonable and timely medical interventions aimed at the prevention of adverse perinatal outcomes in the syndrome of intrauterine growth retardation in women with reactivation of chronic cytomegalovirus infection in the second trimester of pregnancy complicated by retroplacental hematoma.
