FIELD: fodder production.
SUBSTANCE: meat-and-bone raw material, milled into a paste-like state, is mixed with a protein component and granulated. Protein component used is pea grain wastes, which are mixed with meat-and-bone paste at ratio of 1:1. Mixture is held for at least 60 minutes for water saturation of pea grain wastes in a paste-like meat-and-bone medium, after which the obtained composite mixture is milled, stirred until homogeneous and granules are formed using a lattice-knife type apparatus.
EFFECT: wider range of fodder products.
