FIELD: food industry; feed production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry and feed production, in particular to a method for preparing a pasty product based on grain raw materials. To obtain the product, the initial grain raw material is pre-soaked in an aqueous solution of vitamin and (or) mineral substances up to 50% of their water saturation. Then the water-saturated grain raw material is sent for disintegration in a grinding device containing at least a 4-stage lattice-knife apparatus.
EFFECT: use of the invention will reduce the cost of energy, labor and funds associated with the production of pasty products as well as losses from the presence of flour fraction.
