CHAMBER FOR CARBONATE HARDENING OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC C04B5/06 C04B40/00 C04B40/02

Abstract RU 2831770 C1

FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for producing carbonate hardened articles, particularly from secondary metallurgy products (various slags and sludges) and carbon dioxide. Disclosed is a carbonate hardening chamber of building materials, which includes a housing, a door located on the front side of the housing, equipped with an opening and closing system and providing tightness of the inner volume of the chamber, branch pipes on the rear side of the chamber, connected to pipelines for supply and removal of CO2 as a working medium, and a space for arrangement of carbonised articles subject to carbonate hardening. At that, for CO2 supply to the lower part of the chamber there is a raised floor and a reservoir chamber for gas supply under the raised floor. Raised floor has one or at least two openings for supplying CO2 from the reservoir chamber. Chamber also has a false ceiling inclined from the rear wall to the door, and a vacuum space in the intake zone, which is located in a niche above the level of the false ceiling at the top near the rear wall of the chamber. Cooling device is located before the pipeline for removal of CO2 from the chamber.

EFFECT: simplifying the design of the carbonate hardening chamber with the controlled medium of the working volume of the chamber, which enables to ensure serial production of construction materials.
