FIELD: construction; chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agents for fungicidal protection of construction materials. Mixture of fungicides contains thiabendazole (TBZ) and pyrimethanil (PYM) at a weight ratio of 20:1 to 1.1:1, wherein the amount of TBZ and PYM based on the total amount of biocidal active substances is more than 99 wt.% and where the remaining substances from the total amount of biocidal active substances are a preservative for a mixture of fungicides or a preservative composition for storage in a container. Mixture of fungicides is an aqueous suspension containing biocidal active substances in amount of 1 to 60 wt.%. Average particle size of the biocidal active substances, preferably TBZ and PYM, is less than 100 mcm. Mixture of fungicides is included in a wood-fiber board containing a gypsum core and a face layer, wherein the mixture is included into the gypsum core and/or face layer. Content of the total amount of biocidal active substances, including TBZ and PYM, in the wood-fibre board ranges from 10 parts per million to 3000 parts per million.

EFFECT: disclosed mixture of fungicides provides effective inhibition and prevention of growth of mould, powdery mildew and fungi on construction materials, such as fibre boards.
