SUBSTANCE: disclosed group of inventions relates to embodiments of flow cell fixation systems, as well as to a method of fixing a flow cell. According to the invention, a system is provided, comprising a support configured to receive a flow cell assembly and comprising an element for positioning in the X direction, and a locking and positioning assembly comprising a first drive element and a second drive element and configured to contact the flow cell assembly in a single operation to press the flow cell assembly to the support in the Z direction perpendicular to the plane of the flow cell assembly, and to transfer to the first base position in the X direction, perpendicular to the Z direction, close to the positioning element in the X direction, using the first driving element, and into a second base position in the Y direction, perpendicular to the Z direction and the X direction, close to the positioning element in the Y direction, using the second drive element.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher efficiency of designs of systems that fix flow cells in process equipment.
