SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems used for carrying out and investigating molecular processes in various fields, including biological regions. Device comprises channels that hold and direct fluid medium for mixing, processing, carrying out reactions, detection etc. Device comprises docking console and header. Flow cell and cartridge assembly can be loaded into processing system, for example, for genetic sequencing. System positions the assembly and is then actuated to move the assembly to the required basic position in both directions X and Y. Further actuation ensures the contact of the clips with the flow cell, cartridge or with both of them for application of clamping force during processing. Additional pressure forces can be provided with a vacuum holder. Also fluid connections are created by collectors that contact with flow cell. Clamping forces counteract forces required for sealing of collectors with flow cell.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency and reliability of device operation as a whole due to design solution.
