FLOW CELL WITH FLEXIBLE CONNECTION Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC G01N35/02 B81B3/00

Abstract RU 2752814 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microfluid apparatuses, namely to a reagent control system. The apparatus for controlled chemical reactions with a flexible connection module is comprised of a reagent control system configured to be located in said apparatus, wherein the reagent control system is comprised of multiple reagent wells, wherein each reagent well is configured to accommodate a reagent from the multiple reagents contained in the system, wherein the reagent control system is configured to select a reagent flow from one of the multiple reagent wells; a detection module; and a flexible connection module comprising: a flexible connection comprised of a multilayer package and configured to be located in the device, wherein the flexible connection is comprised of a first flexible channel in fluid communication with the reagent control system, wherein the first flexible channel is configured for a reagent flow to be directed thereby; and a flow cell configured to be placed in the apparatus, wherein the flow cell comprises a flow channel in fluid communication with the first flexible channel, wherein the flow channel is configured to direct a reagent flow over the analytes located in the flow channel; wherein the flow cell is configured to be moved by the apparatus relative to a fixed base point in the apparatus while being coupled with the flexible connection.

EFFECT: technical result is provided possibility to move the flow cell by the apparatus relative to a fixed base point in the apparatus.
