Product contains a tobacco core, a filter containing a filtering material rod, which defines an end segment of the smoking product located downstream, a rim material fastening the tobacco core to the filter. Rod is surrounded by one or more filter wrappers. Hardness of the smoking article in the downstream end segment is at least 90%. Main weight of the filter wrappers ranges from 50 grams per square meter to 100 grams per square meter. Ovality of the downstream end segment of the smoking article after 50% deformation of this downstream end segment of the smoking article is less than 25%.
