SUBSTANCE: anterior capsulorhexis stage is performed with femtolaser assistance, and its diameter is calculated as the difference between the equatorial diameter of the lens and 2.5 mm. Before the implantation stage, a radial dissection of the artificial iris disk is performed in one segment, and the implantation of the artificial iris itself is carried out under the control of intraoperative optical coherence tomography (iOCT) by determining the OCT-positive shadow from the artificial iris disk, as implantation progresses, the anterior capsule is moved beyond the leaf, identified in in the form of a thin OCT-positive line, followed by iOCT control of the location of the intraocular lens complex and artificial iris inside the capsular bag in the horizontal plane.
EFFECT: method ensures the absence of intraoperative complications, stable fixation of the intraocular lens and artificial iris complex in the capsular bag in a horizontal position, centered, absence of decompensation of intraocular pressure and keratopathy in the postoperative period, elimination of the cosmetic defect of aniridia.
