FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, namely to plasmid pPic-CV2, which determines synthesis of recombinant ORF2. Plasmid includes ampicillin resistance marker, KanR selective kanamycin marker, PpHis4 marker – histidinol dehydrogenase gene, plasmid replication origin site ori, signal peptide α-factor, codon-optimized for Komagataella phaffii nucleotide sequence of the second type porcine circovirus ORF2 protein gene, AOX1 promoter, AOX1 transcription terminator, AOX1 integration locus.
EFFECT: invention is effective for production of recombinant virus-like particles of porcine circovirus of the second type, consisting of recombinant protein ORF2.
