FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for monitoring of technical condition of long pipeline. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that the system for monitoring the technical state of an long pipeline comprises series-connected elements, each of which comprises a pipe, on which the control unit is mounted and directed wave sensors spaced apart along the pipe length, connected to the control unit, control units are connected in series to each other and to a common control module and a power supply by a data and power supply bus mounted above each of the pipes and forming a common bus when unified elements are connected to each other with possibility of long pipeline technical state monitoring system network formation for monitoring long pipeline technical state and each of its unified elements, wherein guided wave transducers are magnetostrictive with the ability to convert an electric signal to elastic oscillations propagating along pipe lengthwise direction and to reversely convert elastic oscillations to electric signal.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of creating a unified reliable element of the pipeline for formation of systems for monitoring the technical state of a long pipeline.
