SUBSTANCE: apparatus can be used for removing milk teeth to cure distal deep bite. Two-jaw orthodontic apparatus for curing distal deep bite has removable basis made of two plates for upper and lower jaws; fixing and load-bearing elements fastened to basis. Artificial manducatory teeth are mounted onto lower and upper jaws instead of absent ones or openings for new growing manductory teeth are made. Round-shaped clammers for 6-th teeth are mounted onto basis plate, as well as M-shaped hooks, soldered into basis, for elastic tie-rods at area of manducatory teeth are mounted onto pot basis plate and arm-shaped Calvelis' springs for removing diastema. Two clammers for 6-th teeth are fixed onto lower basis plate as well as two removable lip pellotes mounted in bushings with locks, which locks are welded into basis, and hooks for elastic tie-rods. Apparatus provides optimal growth in lower and upper jaws' joints; elimination of mesial shift in permanent teeth and improve shape and profile of face, especially for patients at age of 6 to 8 years, which patients have distal deep bite. Sagittal slits of 10 mm wide can be removed as well as diastema in area of central incisors of upper jaw.
