FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering, in particular to means of preventing and combating icing of blades of wind turbines (WT). Invention consists in the fact that the wind turbine blade contains an air duct along the front edge, into which the air flow is supplied, which is directed from the blade base to its top. Air duct housing is the blade front edge and in places of most probable ice formation of the wind turbine blade is made with perforations on the blade front edge. Layer of fluoroplastic non-woven material is fixed on the specified front edge of the blade, which is subjected to shock-wave action from pulses of air supply.
EFFECT: improved aerodynamic characteristics of the blade, which increases efficiency of the wind turbine.
