FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrument making and can be used to create universal flow sensors. Flow meter comprises a body with a thread and a hexagonal nut, a membrane elastic element with a monolithic bridge of strain gages R1, R2, R3, R4, a lever connected to the membrane and ending with a probe in the form of a circle from fluoroplastic. Pairs of strain gauges R1, R3 and R2, R4 are arranged in pairs symmetrically, perpendicular to axis of symmetry of membrane O-O' at distance of 0.5 mm more than a projection d/2, where d is the lever diameter; and the pairs R1, R4 and R2, R3 are arranged in pairs symmetrically relative to the axis of symmetry of the membrane C-C' at distance of 0.5 mm from it. Strain gages are interconnected by interconnections and four contact pads to make Wheatstone bridge.
EFFECT: possibility of measuring flow rate of any media, implementation of repairable and easily replaceable design and minimization of sticking of medium product on probe.
