FIELD: optical microscopy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical microscopy and can be used to visualize the microstructure of samples in biology, medicine and clinical studies. An optical microscope based on a phantom image method includes a laser radiation source, a beam splitter, a lens or a system of lenses, two detectors and a computer. Device also comprises a spatial light modulator, on which phase or amplitude-phase masks with random or non-repeating regular distribution of phase and/or amplitude are formed, beam splitter divides the beam into two optical channels – object and auxiliary, objective channel has a lens with a finite optical length of the tube, a sample holder and a space-integrating detector which detects light transmitted through the sample and scattered by the sample. Light incident on the sample is recorded by means of a matrix detector in the auxiliary channel; the image of the sample is restored by analysing correlations of signals from the integral and matrix detectors.

EFFECT: increased depth of field, possibility of obtaining clear images of objects and reduced requirements for adjustment of optical system.
