FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microfluidic systems. Disclosed is a microfluidic flow cell for XAS analysis of a hydroformylation reaction, made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped and comprising a cell cover, wherein additionally comprises C-shaped reaction tube, C-shaped channel, two microfluidic fittings with corresponding microfluidic tubes, opening for analysis by X-ray absorption spectroscopy, wherein said two microfluidic fittings with corresponding microfluidic tubes are connected to said C-shaped channel, inside which said C-shaped reaction tube is installed, where said opening for analysis by X-ray absorption spectroscopy is made so that radiation supplied to analysed reaction liquid, flowing in the C-shaped reaction tube, passed along the axis of the middle part of the said C-shaped tube, wherein it additionally contains a window, a heater and a thermocouple.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of the chemical reaction, reduces the amount of reagents used, increases the rate of the reaction, and reduces the time for analysing the reaction.
