FIELD: biotechnological industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a porous material with sorption capacity with respect to components of heated glycerine aerosols. Method for producing a porous material based on a solution of collagen hydrate of freshwater hydrobionts and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) involves acceptance of skin of freshwater scaleless fish, cleaning them from muscle tissue, fins and mechanical impurities, primary washing is carried out in water at ratio of 1 wt % solution of food surfactant: raw material—2 l of solution: 1 kg of raw material with mechanical mixing in a drum-type system with a drum rotation frequency of not less than 400 rpm at room temperature for 30 minutes, and then washing with water until complete removal of surfactant, maintenance of dermal covers in peroxide-alkaline solution containing 750 mM sodium hydroxide and 300 mM hydrogen peroxide, at room temperature until skin decolouration at the ratio of solution: raw material—2.5 l of solution: 1 kg of raw material, respectively, subsequent washing of treated dermal covers of freshwater hydrobionts with running water at temperature of 12±1 °C until complete removal of acid and alkali at weight ratio of dermal integuments: water—1:3, respectively, with constant stirring, operation is repeated three times, holding with constant stirring for 10 minutes at each stage, subsequent exposure of the washed skins in a weak organic acid solution is carried out at pH 4 for 48 hours and constant exposure to ultrasound with frequency of 100 kHz, holding the washed hides in a solution of a weak organic acid at pH 4 and constant exposure to ultrasound with frequency of 100 kHz is carried out in a weight ratio of the hide to the weak organic acid—1:3, and then the liquid phase is removed by draining, distilled water is added to the obtained semi-product at a weight ratio of semi-product: water—1:3, respectively, homogenisation is carried out using a blade-type homogenizer with power of 400 W for 5 minutes with a blade rotation frequency of 600 rpm until a dispersion is obtained, obtained dispersion is filtered using a filter with pore diameter of 0.45 mcm, the obtained substance is mixed with PVP in mass ratio of semi-product: PVP—1:1, respectively, substance is lyophilized at pressure of 3.3 Pa and a temperature of −44.5±1 °C for 18 hours to a residual moisture content in substance of 4%, obtained porous material is cut into plates and subjected to cold sterilization using ultraviolet radiation, vacuum packed.
EFFECT: obtained porous material according to the above method reduces content of components of heated glycerine aerosol.
