FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: rotor-pulse apparatus contains a working chamber with a device for entering contacting phases in the form of an injection mixing unit, which nozle is located directly in the chamber of the apparatus, an emulsion outlet, a rotor and a cover. The peripheral part of the rotor has coaxial cylinders arranged concentrically with respect to the coaxial cylinders of the cover, the rotor and cover cylinders have radial rectangular channels, and the central part of the rotor has the shape of a truncated cone with a depression in the apex and with at least two concentric annular protrusions on the side surface, the side surfaces of the coaxial cylinders of the rotor and the cover have a curved convex-concave shape, and on the recessed surface of the truncated casing of the rotor central part slotted grooves are made. The central part of the rotor is designed detachable from the main part of the rotor.

EFFECT: increased homogeneity of the resulting emulsion while ensuring a high degree of its dispersion.
