Method involves analysis of polymorphic markers rs4149056 of gene SLCO1B1 – rs440837 of gene ZBTB10 – rs10454142 of gene PPP1R21. When detecting a combination of genotypes rs4149056-CC of gene SLCO1B1 – rs440837-AA of gene ZBTB10 – rs10454142-CC of gene PPP1R21, high risk of developing breast cancer is predicted.

EFFECT: invention is effective for assessing the risk of developing breast cancer based on data on interlocus interactions.
