SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to clinical oncology, medical genetics and molecular diagnostics, and can be used to predict the risk of developing luminal subtype of breast cancer in Russian women who are natives of the Central Black Earth Region of the Russian Federation. DNA is recovered from peripheral venous blood. Carried out is analysis of polymorphic markers rs12150660 of the SHBG gene, rs440837 of the ZBTB10 gene and rs10454142 of the PPP1R21 of the. When detecting a combination of genotypes rs12150660-TT of the SHBG gene – rs440837-AA of the ZBTB10 gene – rs10454142-CC of the PPP1R21 gene, high risk of developing luminal subtype of breast cancer in females is predicted.
EFFECT: method provides obtaining new criteria for assessing an increased risk of developing a luminal subtype of breast cancer in Russian women, natives of the Central Black Earth Region of the Russian Federation, based on data on polymorphic markers rs12150660 SHBG, rs440837 ZBTB10 and rs10454142 PPP1R21.
