FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method for reconditioning a duckfoot with simultaneous hardening is carried out by layer-by-layer plasma surfacing of a duckfoot in the shape of its 3D model to form a working surface of a duckfoot in the following modes: plasma arc current Ia = 140 A; consumable electrode arc current Ie = 250 A; arc voltage U = 35 V; wire feed speed Vwire = 5.8 m/min; burner movement speed Vsur = 88 cm/min; volume of gas supplied to welding burner Qpr = 6.5 l/min; volume of gas supplied to plasma-forming nozzle, Qpl = 3 l/min. Wear-resistant material in the deposited flux cored wire is mixture of 43-48% of an iron-carbon base, which includes a cladding material in the form of steel “09Г2С” and a filler in the form of manganese cast iron, modified with cerium, with particle size of 30-40 mcm, as well as 50-55% of hardening phase in form of tungsten carbide alloy “ВК-6” with particle size of 10-15 mcm and 2% of aluminium oxide nanopowder Al2O3 with particle size of 50 nm.
EFFECT: increasing the hardness and wear resistance of restored duckfoot of soil-cultivating machines under conditions of intensive abrasive wear.
