FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Membrane oxygenator with a built-in filter comprises a top cover, which is successively divided into a first space of the blood path, first space of air path and first space of water path from centre to outer edge, wherein the upper cover is provided with a gas inlet connected to the first air path space, a first gas outlet port connected to the first blood path space, and a water inlet port connected to the first water path space. Bottom cover is successively divided into a second space of the blood path, a second space of the air path and a second space of the water path from the centre to the outer edge, wherein the lower cover is provided with a blood outlet connected to the second space of the blood path, a gas outlet connected to the second space of the air path, and a water outlet connected to the second space of the water path. Housing has two ends, which are connected to the upper cover and the lower cover, respectively, and the inlet hole for blood connected to the inner cavity of the housing is located on the housing at the top. Oxygenation structure is located in the inner cavity of the housing and comprises a mandrel, a filter screen, an oxygenation membrane and a temperature control membrane, the upper end of the mandrel enters the first space of the blood path and is located opposite the first gas outlet, and the lower end of the mandrel is located opposite the blood outlet, the filter screen is a pleated screen and is located around the mandrel, there is a gap between the filter screen and the mandrel, the oxygenation membrane is wrapped around the outer surface of the filter screen, membrane for oxygenation connects the first air path space and the second air path space, and the temperature control membrane is wrapped around the outer surface of the oxygenation membrane and connects the first space of the water path and the second space of the water path. There is a gap between the temperature control membrane and the inner wall of the housing, and the width of the gap gradually decreases from the upper cover to the lower cover.
EFFECT: increased effect of oxygenation and filtration.
