FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Method of using a mass exchange device comprising a first channel configured to receive a stream of a treated liquid, and a second channel configured to receive a stream of a treatment agent. First and second channels have permeable membrane arranged there between to allow transfer of selected particles between first and second channels. Method includes stages, according to which the treated liquid is passed through the first channel, and a mixture is added to the second channel from liquid and gas to obtain a two-phase treatment agent. Disclosed is a mass exchange device for use in the method.
EFFECT: invention enables to simultaneously feed gaseous particles into the treated liquid and use a high heat capacity of the treating agent in the liquid phase to transfer heat to the treated liquid or therefrom.
