SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system and a method for providing remote financial services using a remotely launched digital console based on a virtual driver. Digital console includes: a video display for providing a video representative, which provides financial services from a remote location; and input and output devices required when providing financial services, so that a representative communicates with a digital console from a remote location through a bank terminal, wherein the bank terminal converts, into a TCP/IP packet, a control USB signal which is generated through a virtual driver and for control operations of a plurality of input devices and output devices through the communication filter driver, and transmits the TCP/IP packet to the digital panel, and the digital panel converts, into a control USB signal, the TCP/IP packet transmitted by the bank terminal through the communication filter driver and transfers the control USB signal to the set input devices and output devices.

EFFECT: possibility of providing financial services without personal contact of a financial adviser and a client by remote control of operation of each separate device installed in a digital panel.
