FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of electrolytic-plasma treatment of the surface of parts made from alloyed steels and iron-based alloys and can be used to form a microporous surface layer on the parts. Processing is carried out in two stages. First, the surface of the part is polished by applying an electric potential to it with value of 250 to 290 V until the minimum possible value of roughness is achieved, then, a magnetic field is applied to the entire surface of the part to be processed, and processing is performed by combining surface polishing with formation of a microporous surface in the surface layer of the part. Electrolyte used is an aqueous solution of ammonium sulphate with concentration of 30.0-50.0 g/l and ammonium citrate with concentration of 3.5-12.5 g/l. Electrolyte-plasma treatment of the part is carried out at temperature of 60 to 90 °C until formation of micropores of required sizes on its surface.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of processing alloyed steel parts surface, providing formation of polished microporous surface.
