FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electropolishing of the surface of parts from iron-chromium-nickel, titanium and nickel alloys and can be used to improve the operating characteristics of turbomachine blades. Method involves electrolytic-plasma polishing by immersing a part in an electrolyte, forming a vapor-gas shell around the treated surface of the part and igniting the discharge between the treated part and electrolyte by feeding electric potential to the processed part. Electrolytic-plasma polishing is followed by polishing with electroconductive granules, wherein contact of the entire polished surface of the part being treated with electroconductive granules, electroconductive granules are brought into vibration motion, which ensures uniform washing of part with treated electroconductive granules, positive part is supplied to the part, and negative electrical potential is applied to electroconductive granules and processing is performed till preset roughness is obtained.
EFFECT: higher quality and efficiency of machining surfaces of complex shape parts.
