FIELD: track repair devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for repair of rail tracks, in particular for grinding of railway and tram tracks, as well as subway tracks, and can be used for high-speed high-efficiency grinding on rail-grinding trains. Rail grinding trolley consists of a frame with support wheels arranged on the frame on rotary axes of at least two grinding cradles (1) with a mechanism of their inclination in the transverse direction, consisting of hydraulic cylinders, wherein casing of every hydraulic cylinder is secured on trolley frame while hydraulic cylinder rod is secured on cradle (1) frame, parallelogram block with electric motors (2) placed in it with mechanisms for their lifting and lowering, grinding wheel is attached to the spindle of each electric motor. Grinding trolley motor is equipped with a rotational speed range regulator and a mechanism for tilting the electric motor in the feed direction to set the angle of attack of the grinding wheel to the surface of the processed rail, made in the form of a rocker arm, ends of which are attached by means of rotary levers to eccentric axes mounted on the cradle frame and connected to the actuator.

EFFECT: device's productivity when grinding rails is increased.
