FIELD: separation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for separating dispersed particles from gases or vapours using an electrostatic effect, in particular to filters of charged particles in a gas stream coming from a reactor for processing wastes. Charged particle filter for a reactor for plasma chemical processing of wastes comprises an electrically conducting screen, permeable for the filtered gas flow, which is equipped with a system of its attachment in the filtered gas flow containing charged particles, which is made from electrical insulators. Screen is made in the form of two truncated regular pyramids with lower bases located in one plane, with upper bases located in the other plane. Pyramids are turned relative to each other around their common axis. In planes of side faces of truncated pyramids, there are metal plates of side faces connected to metal plates of upper and lower bases located in planes of upper and lower bases of truncated pyramids so that gaps are made between side edges of adjacent plates of side faces.
EFFECT: during implementation of the invention, a simple-design charged particle filter is created, which ensures preservation of charged particles in the working chamber of the reactor for processing wastes and increases efficiency of the reactor for processing wastes by increasing the density of charged particles in its working chamber.
