FIELD: removal and processing of solid wastes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recycling of household wastes. Disclosed is a method for destruction of organic wastes with low water content, which is carried out in a reactor. Wastes of biological origin are additionally fed into the reactor. Reactor is made in the form of a closed cavity, the inner surface of which is partially or completely conductive and grounded, and high-voltage pulses are supplied to the electrode introduced into the reactor and isolated from this grounded surface, which provide formation of corona discharge streamers in the gap between the electrode and the conducting surface of the reactor.
EFFECT: invention provides destruction of organic wastes with low water content.
