SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to synthesis of urea. Proposed is a vertical distribution chamber for a device for uniform distribution of liquid flow through a plurality of pipes, where said device includes a first chamber and a second chamber. First chamber contains multiple pipes for directing liquid flow from the distribution chamber into the second chamber, and each pipe contains a pipe hole communicated by fluid medium with the distribution chamber for uniform distribution of liquid flow along multiple pipe holes. Distribution chamber comprises a housing containing an open round end, a closed round end and a cylindrical wall along a central axis connecting the first open round end and the second closed round end. Inlet hole is located at the closed round end of the distribution chamber. Inlet hole is centred on the central axis of the distribution chamber. Distribution chamber comprises three perforated plates. Also disclosed is a device for uniform distribution of liquid flow through a plurality of pipes, use of a distribution chamber for uniform distribution of liquid flow through a plurality of pipes, a method for uniform distribution of a liquid stream over a plurality of pipes, a method for decomposing ammonium carbamate from an aqueous solution containing ammonium carbamate, a method for concentrating an aqueous solution of urea.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides uniform distribution of liquid flow in multiple tubes and minimum pressure drop.
