SUBSTANCE: present invention provides a preparation in the form of a patch comprising lidocaine or a salt thereof, lactic acid and a hydroxy acid containing from 4 to 6 carbon atoms, where the amount of lactic acid ranges from 0.6 to 1.2 mol per mole of lidocaine or a salt thereof, with high safety, which can continuously provide the therapeutic effect of lidocaine for a long time by controlling the rate of penetration of lidocaine through the skin in the proper range when applied to the skin, and also demonstrates bioequivalence similar to existing preparations containing lidocaine, even when using high concentration of lidocaine.
EFFECT: disclosed is a plaster containing lidocaine.
