FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: combined intraoperative navigation system for determining and visualizing quantitative data on the position in space of anatomical structures in ultrasound is based on detection on an intraoperative ultrasound video image by algorithms for tracking patterns of a fragment using a simulation of an ultrasound image as an initializing image, simultaneously up to 5 fragments of anatomical structures simulated using ray tracing technology, obtained based on a slice of pre-segmented voxel data of a tomographic image superimposed with a scanning plane of an ultrasonic transducer using a stereotactic navigation system.
EFFECT: obtaining quantitative data on position in space of anatomical structures during ultrasonic examination and presentation of this data in graphic form for medical personnel.
