SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used in dentistry and maxillofacial surgery with the possibility of performing a training function in training robotic surgery of doctors at the stage of post-graduate education. Multifunctional laser surgical complex for maxillofacial surgery comprises a power supply unit, a microprocessor control unit connected by a pulsed surgical laser equipped with a replaceable fiber-optic instrument mounted on a manipulator, controlled from a doctor's workstation equipped with a graphic interface and associated with a system for selecting modes of operation of the complex, wherein system selection mode of operation of the complex consists of program module of trajectory formation connected with program module of modes selection, connected to knowledge base, and connected to program module of preliminary simulation, wherein program module of trajectory formation is configured to obtain for a given moment in time a numerical value of coordinates of position and orientation of replaceable fiber-optic instrument based on data on processed object, program module for selecting modes is configured to select, based on data available in the knowledge base of the specified parameters of the section required for the operation, and the pre-simulation program module is configured to simulate the cut trajectory taking into account the three-dimensional model of the processed object and information from the knowledge base.
EFFECT: using the invention enables comparative studies of the manipulator and the surgeon's work.
