FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: method of connecting steel cable in power loading devices of aircraft elements consists in the fact that end of steel cable (1) is passed through bushing (2) with inner surface in the form of truncated cone (6) and cylinder (4) with thread. Fluffed section of cable (1) is placed in a cylindrical holder, sleeve (2) is fixed, the unwound section of cable (1) is moved into the body of sleeve (2) until cylinder (4) with the thread of sleeve (2) passes. Further, into the center of the pressed end of cable (1) conical wedge (5) is hammered or pressed, into the conical part of bushing (2) through truncated cone (6) fastening element (7) is screwed into threaded cylinder (4), and then lugs (8) are welded to bushing (2) for connection with the loaded object.

EFFECT: increased reliability of connection and reduced time of steel cable fixation.
