SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to predict the risk of developing endometriosis in women without a family history of endometriosis, being of Russian nationality, natives of the Central Black Earth Region of the Russian Federation. DNA from the peripheral venous blood is isolated. The polymorphic loci rs11031002 and rs11031005 of FSHB gene and rs117145500 of CHD9 gene are analyzed. If a combination of genotypes rs117145500 AA CHD9 is detected× rs11031002 TT FSHB× rs11031005 FSHB TTs a high risk of developing endometriosis is predicted.

EFFECT: method provides new criteria for assessing the risk of developing endometriosis in women without a family history of endometriosis, being of Russian nationality, who are natives of the Central Black Earth Region of the Russian Federation and are not related to each other, based on data on the combination of genotypes of FSHB and CHD9 genes.
