FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: stressed wave gear comprises rigid and flexible gear wheels and wave generator. Gear tooth profile has the following shape: when wave generator turn angle ϕ = 0, then the trajectory along which the external teeth move relative to the internal teeth, obtained when turning from ϕ = 0 to ϕ = ϕ1 (0 < ϕ1 ≤ π/2), is defined as the first curve. If to designate the end point of the first curve at ϕ = 0 as point A, end point at ϕ = ϕ1 as point B, midpoint between point A and point B as point C, and letter λ Is a positive value less than 1, then the curve obtained by multiplying the first curve by (1-λ) using point B as the centre of similarity is defined as the similarity curve, and the curve formed by turning the similarity curve through 180 degrees around the point C is determined as the second curve. If we denote by the letter α positive value less than 1, letter β denote a positive value greater than 1, and the curve obtained by multiplying only the x coordinate of the second curve by α, denote as the third curve, and the curve obtained by multiplying only the y coordinate of the second curve by β, if designated as the fourth curve, the curve formed using the third or fourth curve is defined as the tooth head profile of external teeth. Tooth head profile of gear wheel with internal engagement is determined by curve enveloping profile of tooth head of external teeth.
EFFECT: higher load capacity of transfer.
