FIELD: rail vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rail transport and can be used in construction, reconstruction and operation of tram tracks located on the same level with the roadway, for tracks on railways and underground. Structure of the single-track section of the tramway contains a pit with width of 3 m, height of 0.65 m, a layer of construction sand with a thickness of at least 0.1 m, laid on the bottom of the pit, on top of which there is a crushed stone ballast layer with thickness of 0.15 m, on which pre-stressed reinforced concrete sleepers are laid, which are connected to rails by elastic fasteners. Sleepers are made in the form of longitudinal reinforced concrete bar of variable cross-section containing at least 12 reinforcing steel cold-deformed wires arranged in four vertical rows. Near-rail sections are installed in the rails slots, between the rails there laid is crushed stone with height of 0.08 m, on top of which a layer of coarse-grained asphalt concrete is laid, on top of which a layer of crushed stone-mastic asphalt concrete with height of 0.05 m is laid.
EFFECT: invention improves damping properties of the track, reduces noise and vibration loads and, as a result, increases reliability of the track as a whole.
