FIELD: packing and storage.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of making package (200) for enclosing substance (500). Flat sheet (100) made from recyclable paper material and having two opposite side edge portions (101, 102), is provided and moulded into tube (120) by folding flat sheet (100) so that two side edge sections (101, 102) overlap each other on overlap section (123). Tube (120) is thermally sealed along section (123) of overlap with formation of longitudinal sealing seam (130) and thermally sealed across longitudinal sealing seam (130) to close tube (120) by means of first transverse sealing seam (141) at first end (121) of tube. Tube (120) is filled with substance (500) and thermally sealed across longitudinal sealing seam (130) to close tube (120) by means of second transverse sealing seam (142) at second end (122) of the tube. First and second amounts of glue (300–302) are applied on flat sheet (100) at first and second sections (151, 152) of triple joint, where longitudinal sealing seam (130) and corresponding transverse sealing seams (141, 142), respectively, intersect. Glue (300–302) bonds corresponding section (151, 152) of the triple joint when thermally sealing corresponding end (121, 122) of the tube to form a corresponding transverse sealing seam (141, 142). Invention also relates to package (200) containing substance (500), and device (600) for production of such package (200).

EFFECT: thus, it is possible to produce packing with high speed and in completely automated process, as well as without excessive costs for reconfiguration or re-equipment of already existing devices.
